Eastlands Cruise to Wairoa

We met at Gisborne Motors at 10am and headed off for Wairoa for an enjoyable day by the River with Jimmy in the lead. Peter & Sarah had already left with his boat. We arrived by the River to find that Pete had the boat in the water ready for anyone that wanted to have a ski or a run on the biscuit.
We cooked up some sausages on the BBQ and brought some hot chips to satisfy the healthy appetites. The weather was beautiful and a great day was had by all. A big thank you to Pete & Sarah for providing the boat. Thank you to Dedum & Katherine who came from Ruatoria. Also a big thank you to Barry & Jacqui from Hawkes Bay. It was great to have you guys join us. This was a great Family day and enjoyed by all that attended.
