WELCOMEHi, Welcome to the official website of "The New Zealand Ford Performance Vehicles and Tickford Owners Club Inc". We are in exciting times right now with the introduction of Ford Performance Vehicles new range of Force 6 and Force 8 sedans as well as the new models of GT, GTP, F6 Typhoon Sedans, and the F6 Tornado, Pursuit and Super Pursuit Ute's, along with the steadfast range of Falcon XR6 and XR8 models from the EB model onwards and the highly sought after T Series. For a full list of club eligible vehicles, please refer to the "Club Info" section of this site. On top of this we now all eagerly await the release of the next generation of Falcon's and FPV's codenamed "ORION" which are due early 2008. Our club offers members the chance to meet with other owners of FPV, XR and Tickford enhanced Ford's and enjoy events of all types fron social gatherings to full motorsport events with something for everyone. Our club has experienced significant growth recently and now have full branches in all corners of the country from north to south. You can find the contact of your closest area to you on the contacts page. We run regular club events (which you will find on the calendar page) and you can talk to other members right here on our "Forum" page as well as a wealth of knowledge and information. It is fitting that the wings are the symbol of the Tickford Engineering Company as it is a company long associated with the building of high performance cars. In England where it originated, it was heavily involved with developing such renowned high performance marques as the Aston Martin and, more lately, the Ford Escort RS200. The name gained major prominence when it helped develop the Ford Sierra Cosworth touring cars in which Dick Johnson and Glen Seton powered around the Australian race circuits.
